Appeals court rules: TX has NO RIGHT to take the kids from the FLDS compound.

YAY! How about a sharp stick in the eye you JERKS. Let's see how long it takes to get the traumatized youngins back home.

    I know that the new stories have been stating it as "no right", so this isn 't a crack on you, David.

    But shouldn't it have been "no POWER" instead?

    Governments and their agencies don't have rights. They have powers given to them by the governed, us, individuals. And those powers can be revoked.
