You mean, when you are in the middle of a (very) weak economic period, and the Congress raises the cost of hiring temporary summer workers (raised the minimum wage, they did, looking out for the little guy eh? wink nudge!) AND increases the amount of time you can suck on the public teat of unemployment benefits,
more people are out of a job right after school lets out? Really?
