North Korea is trying to advance their military technology without asking permission from the big kids on the playground. Predictably, our response is bordering on bumbling into fighting-words territory. If you have a history of dishing out food when it's food or nuclear bomb tests, and you are likely going to continue doing so in the future, is it really a good idea right now to call tests of a long range missile by our adversaries
