Disgraced former Representative James Traficant, fresh off a seven-year prison sentence for
corruption has filed papers to put himself in the running for his old seat, as an independent. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like the (D) and (R) candidates would have to be baby rapers or something, before I'd vote for James Traficant again.
