One More Suit Against Obama's Eligibility
Fortunately for you, Washington state has a law that says any voter can challenge anyone's election. That means they can't (theoretically) get kicked out of court for lack of standing, like Berg did. Now a dozen registered voters in Washington have brought suit. Because the case gives original jurisdiction to the Supreme court and the crazy people out there on the left coast thought the People should be able to challenge the election of their Elected Heroes, there is a possibility that the Washington supreme Court will issue a subpoena for Barry's gift birth certificate. The case is on a fast track to be heard by he Court, and it may have to wait until after January 8th (when it is scheduled) so the plaintiffs can hear what the court has to say about that subpoena.
