The Obama campaign website allows unverified donations from foreign entities and identity thieves. Enabling massive violation of Federal laws, just like in 2008. But what do you want from a campaign associated with such high-quality individuals?
From Instapundit, because God knows you won't hear about these stories anywhere else. Unless one of the newbies at an alphabet network forgets to report only the narrative, and then FOX picks up on it. But to pick it up first? Hah!

White People Can't Say "Nigger."
~ or, "Dr. Laura Pusses Out?" ~
This post contains foul language. The point of this is to cause the reader to think, not to be offensive. If you are offended after reading this post, please re-read it until you get past the words and understand the opinions with which they are expressed. This post has been rated R by the International Convention for the Regulation of Offensive Speech. Reader discretion is advised.
If you let a small child read this, you are a bad person. If you can teach these concepts to a teenager without making them mad, you are a good teacher.
Dr. Laura Schlessinger has been pissing off radical feminists by speaking truth to Anonymous for thirty years. She has said many.many.many controversial things, including things that are only controversial because people are too seeeeensitive to which particular words come out of someone's mouth, regardless of content or intent.
Dr. Laura is white as a bedsheet in a blizzard, and she is currently being criticized by racists who are typically the color of mud, because she did something forbidden. She, being white, said "nigger nigger nigger" as part of an illustration that you can find black people on cable television shows saying nigger to/at/about each other all the time. One of my most favoritest examples of this is the rap group "Niggaz With Attitude" who had a hit song about how the singer is a nigger for life.
To be clear: Dr. Laura was entirely correct, and the point she made is valid. The problem she has is two-fold. She, being white, is not entitled to say "nigger", according to people who think it is a word only available to black people. This is BULLSHIT. If you can say nigger, I can say nigger. If I can't say nigger, you can't say nigger. I suppose nigger must be added to George Carlin's list of seven words you can't say on the air: shit, piss, fuck, cunt, cocksucker, motherfucker, and tits (as amended to include twat).
This is the real world, and we are adults. This is not the second grade. Must we really say "The N-Word" instead of "Nigger?" Fuck no. Fuckin' say nigger all you want, I don't give a shit. People get hung up on words. Not the content of the words. Not the context of the words. Not the intent of the speaker. The actual words themselves trip people up. This is stupid.
If Dr. Laura lets some retard nigger cunt's phone call drive her off the air, she's a dumbass bitch. Fuck her if she's too much of a damn coward to stand up for herself. The first amendment was written to protect unpopular speech. Dr. Laura claims she wants to retain her first amendment rights, but she is not being censored by the government. She is not being forced out by her bosses, either, unless the whole story is not being told. She is afraid of herself. She is taking the coward's way out, in my opinion - someone got all butthurt, and now she' quitting. Al Sharpton (who is himself a race hustler) said, "If I were her I would not want to leave with this legacy" (...but...). He says he doesn't think anyone should use 'the N-word,' black or white. I agree, for once, with Al Sharpton.
The only upside of this whole flapdoodle is that the national discussion of race which Eric Holder accuses us of being too cowardly to have, may be in the offing. Good. Let's talk about race. Then at the end of the day, I will go home to my Mexican wife, LB will go home to his black wife, and you will go home and realize "hey, this is a bunch of fucking bullshit. How about we just drop the whole god-damned subject and treat people like fucking people, according to the content of their character instead of the color of their skin?"
********
That said, 30 years is a pretty good run on a single-topic radio show. She can retire (and stay rich) when she feels like it. But to allow racist pressure groups to force her off the air as a result of a single radio call-in show's caller getting sideways over a single word, is stupid. She said the next day that it (saying nigger) was the wrong thing to do (say) because people were hurt by what she said. Well listen missy, what you said and how people feel are not necessarily related. You can tell (click the CNN link and listen to the sound bytes) that the caller completely shut off what Dr. Laura was saying because of one word she used. All thought was cut off and pure reactionary emotion came into play. She was offeeeeended because Dr. Laura said "nigger". If the woman caller were to use logic and reason *cough* she would have seen that Dr. Laura was using a word in a context which should not be offensive, as part of an intellectual discussion. Dr. Laura's mistake was assuming that this female caller had the intellectual capacity to get past a single word, and actually think about the words before and after it.
********
No, the real reason she must be forced off the air is because she has officially crossed the line. She called out the people who voted for the Dear President.
AND she called out the self-hating, non-thinking liberals, including those working in the mass news outlets. She called them right out and nailed them to the wall, and didn't even refer to a single one of them to do it. They KNOW what she meant, and it pissed them off so this story gets coverage.
You are NOT allowed to criticize the Dear President! More importantly, you are NOT allowed to say that he was elected by white people because he was black! It does not matter that what she said, in context, was not about the Dear President or his ignoramus voting base. She must go.
So they win. She caved immediately and announced she would not be renewing her contract. If this is her idea, she is the real loser in all this.

No, the real reason she must be forced off the air is because she has officially crossed the line. She called out the people who voted for the Dear President.
without giving much thought, a lot of blacks voted for Obama simply 'cause he was half-black. Didn't matter what he was gonna do in office, it was a black thing.
AND she called out the self-hating, non-thinking liberals, including those working in the mass news outlets. She called them right out and nailed them to the wall, and didn't even refer to a single one of them to do it. They KNOW what she meant, and it pissed them off so this story gets coverage.
SCHLESSINGER: Yeah. We've got a black man as president, and we have more complaining about racism than ever. I mean, I think that's hilarious.
CALLER: But I think, honestly, 'cause there's more white people afraid of a black man taking over the nation.
SCHLESSINGER: They're afraid.
CALLER: If you want to be honest about it ...
SCHLESSINGER: Dear, they voted him in. Only 12 percent of the population's black. Whites voted him in.

NATO Gives Iran Enriched Uranium?!!
For Iran to meet with Brazil and Turkey and come to this agreement is a disparaging gesture toward President Obama. and I hope the news hits Barry like a sack of bricks.
********
Related stories? You decide. Nato unveils new mission statement that involves keeping Iran from developing the bomb. Iran comes to an agreement in talks with Brazil and Turkey on the disposition of its low enriched uranium.
So, we are going to allow this? Or are we going to be the world's Nanny In Chief some more? Iran has agreed to give up 3.5% enriched uranium to be held out of country, in exchange for 20% enriched uranium ostensibly "for peaceful purposes" to run a reactor making chemotherapy poison. This is the part where we all are supposed to breathe a sigh of relief because for some reason Iran is supposed to be unable to convert this 20% Uranium to 90%. Color me skeptical.
The next couple of years will be veeeeeeery interesting, when it comes to what happens with this deal, and what happens to all that Uranium.

Kagan Nominee: Possibly The Worst Choice EVAR
You would probably do less damage to the Republic if you nominated any random bum off the street. Elena Kagan has been very careful to avoid saying controversial things, and even though she is supposedly some big wig at Haaavaahd Lewaah, she has published fewer than a handful of papers. Her resume is thin, but from it we find:
She clerked -by choice- for one of the worst justices of the supreme Court, EVER ("If you liked Thurgood Marshall, you'll LOVE Elena Kagan")
She was reared in a lefty home
She went to big-time lefty schools
Her papers reveal her to be at the VERY LEAST highly sympathetic to the Socialist cause and strongly against unpopular speech
As chief high muckety-muck at Haavaahd she tried to evict the recruiters for the volunteer armed forces THEN CURRENTLY fighting overseas to defend her sorry [deleted] right to dissent . . . and was overruled by a UNANIMOUS supreme Court at that time
Her record as Solicitor General of the United States as a quality speaker before the supreme Court is spotty, at best.
Listen to her for a single minute and you'll hear her voice drip with arrogance and/or condescension.
She's a lewahyah. She's never been on the other side of the bench. Obama is trying to spin lack of experience at the extremely-important job he wants her to do as a good thing.
. . . in other words, she is a slightly whiter, shorter version of the Socialist-in-Chief. As has been pointed out already, her confirmation would be solid competition for the most-destructive item in the legacy of Barack Hussein Obama.
If you don't at least call and/or email your Senators and tell them 'not just no' on the Kagan nomination, you suck.

A Sex Tape? SRSLY?!
The Breck Girl had a sex tape? And he wanted to be President? What a piece of work, GAWD! And you thought Obama was an empty suit. You were right, but wow what a piece of work Edwards is turning out to be!
This is the caliber of men running for high elected office in the United States of America today.
What are you going to do about it?

1 Year Later: Who's The Sad Clown?
Major initiatives passed: Zippo
Of course, The Huffington Post couldn't let the anniversary go by without saying somthing inane like
Lets fisk it to honor the anniversary, shall we?
Reasonable discussion and debate = the opposition party is shut out of committee meetings, and their bills are not allowed to come to the floor. Tone deafness to public opinion is also part of it.
Desire to work with the international community = bow to the emperor, the king, and the current enemy in war (islam). Read your teleprompter and that is eloquence* Surrender to the demands of the ex-soviets over your nation's promises to its allies.
Thoughtful about national security = delay for MONTHS when your commanders in theater say they need troops or they will lose the war. Also, when something happens here, delay any response for one day, come out too tepid the second day, then pound the podium with your fist and wear a Stern face the third day.
Radical on the environment = radical to the point of crushing businesses and the entire economy if he could. Clinton passed regulations on his way out of office that were ridiculously stringent so Bush would repeal them and look bad. Bush repealed them and Obama put them back because the environmentalist kook fringe told him he had to.
Bush couldn't get health care reform through the Democrat congress. The Republicans can't get any of their dozens of non-socialist-nationalized-healthcare health care bills on to the floor even for debate because of Queen Pelosi. This is not a victory.
********
*When I am elected, I'll have to lay off the teleprompter now. Of course, anybody could make less use of the things than ol' Tennis Match.
Of course, The Huffington Post couldn't let the anniversary go by without saying somthing inane like
"Yet Obama has undoubtedly created a different climate in Washington -- one based on reasonable discussion and debate -- and expressed a desire to work with the international community, as he has eloquently articulated in his speeches abroad. On national security, the president has largely made decisions through thoughtful consideration of the different perspectives rather than the stubbornly instinctive decisions of his predecessor. On the environment, his administration represents a radical change from the Bush era and has resurrected important regulations that were dismantled by the previous president. Despite criticism that health care reform has been watered down by industry interests and political deal-making, the very fact that the issue is being taken seriously in the Oval Office after years of inertia and is on the cusp of insuring millions of low-income Americans is, in itself, a victory."
Lets fisk it to honor the anniversary, shall we?

Big Banks Looking At $4T Cushion. No, A New One.
Because Barney Frank is such a financial wizard, he is pushing for FOUR TRILLION dollars of bailout money for the banks that should have failed instead of being bailed out during the current financial crisis. You know, just in case they might need it later. Because the Obama administration is 100% lobbyist-free, you get almost 1,300 pages of special interest protectionism.
Is this the change you were hoping for?
Are you still glad you sat out the last election?

Clean Water Act . . . It's An Act, All Right.
The EPA declared itself God recently, and says it can now regulate the gases you exhale.
Now the Communists in Congress want to regulate the rain puddles in your backyard. For interstate commerce, I guess.
Read all about it at Moonbattery.
Elections have consequences. The consequence of our last election, may be that it ends up being our last election. We'll see.
Do you still think your vote doesn't matter? NOW do you regret that you sat out the last election because McCain sucks?

This Day In History
6 months ago today, the worst President the USA has ever had took the oath of office.
But take heart!
That means he is an eighth of the way through his entire first term, and a quarter of the way to the results of the 2010 elections coming to D.C. If YOU do your part getting people to vote for None of the Above, the rampant socialist agenda propagation can stop in another 18 months.

Tin Foil Hat Discussion: Economic Disaster Designed To Get Obama In
Prologue: the current economic disaster was caused by people who did not know what they were doing, micromanaging markets best left alone. If you don't believe me, you obviously don't know what I'm talking about. Go read the old articles at Michael Shedlock's Global Economic Analysis blog.
Further, it is true that Republicans raise money from individual contributions much more than from big company/millionaire donations, and Democrats get more millionaires and fewer individuals to support their campaigns (by a pretty good margin). Also, Barry did get around 500,000,000 dollars into his campaign for hopechange.
********
The current economic downturn is a result of "Their" attempts to get President Obama eleted!
"They" knew that if the stupid plebes in flyover country had any spare money, they would BLOW it on Republican pig campaigns for elected office, so they had to take the people's disposable income! How? By causing the economy to collapse! The rich Democrat donors are still rich, but the poor who would have given to the Repub's couldn't because GASOLINE was $5 per gallon! Brilliant! Half-a-BILLION Dollars to Obama's campaign for the win!
BWAHAHA!

Now, FINALLY, We May Be Getting Somewhere!
Barack, this ain't Chicago. Problems in America don't just go away when you ignore them.
WorldNet Daily was reporting earlier that it appears the clerks at the supreme Court of the United States were denying hearings of the challenges to Obama's eligibility to be a qualified candidate for the Presidency of the United States. THE CLERKS!
Well, when that news filtered out into the public some people got to thinking, and one of us finally confronted Chief Justice Roberts in front of 800 people at a speech, with a legal brief and a petition signed by me and 325,000 other US Americans. Roberts said he would review it.
To be quite specific, ORLY TAITZ (American Heroine) was told by JOHN ROBERTS (supreme Court Chief Justice) to give her papers to his Secret Service men. Taitz was approached by one GILBERT SHAW of the Secret Service and she gave him the following, with the understanding that he would relay it to Justice Roberts, who has publicly agreed to review it:
A motion for reconsideration of Lightfoot v. Bowen with all its supplemental briefs.
The Quo Warranto Easterling et al v. Obama et al case.
The WND petition, consisting of 3,300 pages of names – over 325,000 in all – of people demanding the Supreme Court hear the Obama eligibility case.
A copy of a 164-page dossier sent to Attorney General Eric Holder detailing suspected criminal activity surrounding Obama and his supporters, also available on the Defend Our Freedoms website.
********
This, now, is in addition to the personal contact already established with Justice Scalia who, speaking for himself (not the other justices) said he would hear the case as well, if she brought it.

Bill Posey & H.R. 1503: WIN!
A bill is filed to make candidates for President of the United States prove they meet the only 3 requirements spelled out by the Constitution.
Good.
Good.
"George Cecala, a spokesperson for Rep. Posey's office, told WND that constituents had been calling, questioning whether Barack Obama – who has publicized a Certificate of Live Birth, but not his official birth certificate – has demonstrated that he meets the Constitution's requirement to be a natural-born citizen.
"Those are legitimate constitutional concerns," Cecala said. "Folks have brought the issue up, and the court really hasn't clarified. And I think American citizens have a right to have answers from their government."
"When seven-year-olds play soccer in Brevard County, to be in Little League they have to prove their residency," Cecala said. "To be president there are three requirements: one is citizenship, two is the age of 35, and three, you have to have been a resident for 14 years. We're simply saying when you file your statement of candidacy with the FEC, you should also file documentation that you fulfill the three requirements to be president.
"There's two standards here," Cecala told WND, "one for Little League and one for president."

Contact Your (un)Elected Heroes.
I sent the following email to the new RNC Chairman. I encourage you all to do something similar.
Chairman@gop.com
Congratulations Chairman Steele on your new title.
I'm BITTER and CLINGY, and I don't want an RNC chair that is all squishy on the meaning of the second amendment! I am led to understand you may be in favor of a renewed assault weapons ban. Please understand the people who are willing to beat the bushes for the Republicans are NOT in favor of any AWB of any sort.
Guns don't kill people. Felons kill people. Keep them in jail and let the militia be armed like the founders intended.
Thanks,

Yet Another Kennedy Replaced By Pro-Gun Democrat?
Uncle reports the good news: Caroline Kennedy is out, Kristen Gillibrand looks like she might be in. Replace Clinton with someone who comes right out and says she grew up safely handling guns and hunting, and says the 2A means what it says? She may be a woman (no offense) and a Democrat (BOO!), but I'd say that's a pretty big improvement right there. I'm pretty sure she and I would disagree on a lot of other things, chiefly on how/whether she wants to spend my money, but every pro-gun pro-2A Senator in the Senate is a potential ally in the fight to preserve the right that preserves all the others for the People.

Good News: Caroline Kennedy NOT Going Into The Senate
John was the last Kennedy in office that was worth the effort to put him there. Don't get me started on Ted. That Caroline was even on the short list for Senatrix from New York was about enough to have me start pulling (what's left of) my hair out. Not that New Yorkers have a habit of electing high quality people to represent them coughbloombergcoughhillarycough but you know what? Even for New York, Caroline Kennedy would have been pretty low.
Fortunately for our Republic, she found out there was another name in consideration for the seat, so she quit trying to get the appointment.
Good.
I don't know anything about any of the other people the Governor Paterson is considering, but they almost can't be less qualified than C.K.

President #44 Inaugurated. Peaceful Power Transfer #44 A Success.
America has changed leaders. The old administration did not declare the results of the election invalid and cling to power (rather quite the exact opposite took place). There was no rioting in the streets to protest the loss by the losing voters. The military did not have to be called out. UN observers have not raised "serious concerns" about our election process. I didn't see any reports of beatings at the ballot box, and only a couple of reports of voter intimidation. None of actual disenfranchisement. Nobody's family was dragged out into the night and raped and murdered because of how they voted. Jobs were not lost because of how employees voted. The candidate himself may have received a few threats but nobody actually sent one downrange from 300 yards at him.
And?
And those things all happen in other countries. Routinely enough that there are international organizations in place to deal with the hassles at election times. In the United States of America, for the most part, we follow the rules and respect each other, even if our opinions are polar opposites. We started on a Christian value set which includes "follow the rules" and "don't be a bad sport when you lose" and look what we get. Peace. By following the guidelines you find in the Bible. We are going farther away from the standard and the country is in decline because of that, but still America remains the greatest country on the planet. Let God's people return to him and we may be able to keep it.
Congratulations to Barack Hussein Obama for proving that he could fool most of the people some of the time, at the very least, and that money can overcome a pretty serious set of serious moral and philosophical shortcomings in a candidate.
You have the office. Do try not to screw up my country too much.
He's already hot on the case trying though. Look for executive orders to stop the prosecutions of our enemies in military tribunals, as well as opening up the availability of prosecution-free murder of unborn people for the convenience of their gene-donors.
Already he has appointed communists, socialists, america and baby haters to his cabinet and positions of great importance.
If you did not hold your nose and vote for McCain, this is your fault.
Congratulations USA, you still suck less than the rest of the world when it comes to your government. Hooray. :P

Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, 2009
Consider with me the sad irony as darker-brown-than-most hyphenated Americans celebrate a brave man's birthday.
Today, we celebrate the birth of a man who was assassinated in the course of demonstrating his bravery before the world. He said
Tomorrow, we will witness thecoronation inauguration of a man whose followers love him because of his skin color, and a sizable majority of them are completely unaware of the content of his character.
This is a happy day for America. Tomorrow, January 20th, 2009, will be a sad day for America, and truly the beginning of a new (set of) error(s)

New Texas Legislature Seated Today.
Remember to call or write them, and advocate for unlicensed open carry, or open carry with CCW permits, as you prefer. Also advocate for adoption of something like the Fair Tax.
In happy news, they are set to consider putting driver's education back into mandatory high school class schedules. Cheers all around if you live in Central Texas or Houston. Also they are looking at a reduced budget intake of $9B. Fortunately we have the money in our "rainy day" slush fund. Cut spending? What's that? One wonders why we had to build toll roads instead of using that money for slush funds, but oh well.
Meh. Coffee is weak this morning. Snark levels running low.

They Are Seated Today. Now Is The Day To Oppose Holder's Nomination.
The government assigned seats today to all but a couple of new members (ahem) and in honor of the day, I hope you are joining me in flooding Senators' inboxes in opposition to the nomination of Eric Holder to the post of Attorney General of the United States. I'm afraid I bit off the example letter found at the Sipsey Street Irregulars blog, but here is what I sent to my Senators:
Dear Senator your name here,
I am writing you to oppose the confirmation of Eric Holder as Attorney General. Please do everything in your power to block Holder's confirmation, and urge your fellow lawmakers to do the same.
His only qualification for the office seems to be "well, you've been in the government before." Eric Holder has proven that he does not have the understanding, judgment, or personal integrity to responsibly manage the extensive authority of the Attorney General's office. Members of the Senate are tasked with overseeing the appointment of senior executives and ensuring that the positions are filled with the very best qualified candidates available. Mr. Holder does not meet this standard and should not be confirmed.
Past AG nominees have been blocked for inadvertently using undocumented workers as domestic workers in their homes.
Mr. Holder's failings far exceed such errors.
Sincerely,

Al Franken Won His Senate Race Legitimately!
(or not) (I say not, by the way)
I was listening to Neal Boorts while working and he went over the following and a few more examples. Suffice it to say, this election appears to have been well and truly stolen.
Every time there was a controversy, the survey board sided with Franken. If there was a different number of ballots between machine and hand-counts, they went with the one that favored Franken. In one case they said to go with the machine count that got Franken more votes. In another case they said to go with the hand count and THAT got Franken more votes. In Minnesota, if a ballot is damaged, they are supposed to make a duplicate ballot for the recount, and mark it as a duplicate... and they failed to mark them. So there are possibly double-counted or just plain fake votes being counted, benefiting Franken. Board say: OK! Now, the election is about to be certified. The Democrat-leaning counties are done recounting and the Republican-leaning counties are not done, and the race looks like it will go to Franken, so we're going to go ahead and call it for Franken. Why? Because courts are loath to overturn called elections.
Are you getting the idea that the Fix is in for Franken yet? Now tell me again why they don't have electronic voting machines with paper backup copies of the ballots?
None of this is reason enough to have a special election? Seriously? Come on now, where is the Governor? Oh, that's right. Wrong side of the aisle being trampled, sorry. You know the fun part is that if there hadn't beena black guy er, the Messiah hopechange on the ballot, it would have probably been a landslide for the also-ran who ran against a down-ballot Democrat Coleman.
So my interesting question for you is, is it better for the state machine to rig a vote so the Democrat I'll-be-a-dem-handpuppet candidate wins, or is it better for the Governor to sell the seat? Oh wait, they are both examples of corruption. Great.
Nice, those Democrat election machines, eh?
edit/update: oh, there are also 25 precincts with more ballots cast than registered voters. Nope, no fraud there.
