if charging in to a drunk person's house, dragging them outside their home and charging them with public intoxication is bad, that is.
I know there are two sides to ever story, but this one sounds pretty bad for the local police. I thought the limit was $10,000 per, but I guess it all depends on what law you are alleging they broke.
