Madness @ Work

Operation Gold Watch: great success. OM helped us to get more proffessional when he first came on board, but lately was like an anchor on productivity and innovation, but he is ON2's father, so firing him took some doing. Once WM took over things and ON1 and ON2 saw how a more proactive manager does things it was easier. Now OM is off to play some golf or whatever. NOW we'll see how fast we can implement company-wide changes for the better!
