From Wired.com
The line between enough and too much OPSEC is very hard to find.
A fiber optic cable that was not supposed to be there was cut during construction work. The ubiquitous black SUV's (probably Suburbans) showed up within minutes (Highly Irregular #1). AT&T technicians showed up the same day (Highly Irregular #2) and repaired the line. They billed the construction company $300,000 for the work. The company protested because, after all, the lines were not on anybody's map. AT&T suddenly doesn't want the money any more (Highly Irregular #3).
These irregularities are, I'm sure, not related to at least THREE (that we know of) areas with high-level security clearance action! going on inside.
