"The U.S. Will Have To Change."

Well excuse the [deleted] out of me, I think I will stay just the way I am.  The only thing that needed to change right before that school shooting was the order of killings: asshat first, then the kids.  He got the order wrong but at least he took himself out at the end.  President Obama, being both a Democrat and a Leftist, likes to clump people together in groups instead of thinking of individuals.  Well guess what?

I'm not going to kill anybody, and neither are you, and neither is the guy who shot up that school last week.  In fact, that will never happen again because he's dead as a door nail! 

Well, then again, President Obama is still in campaign mode.  He got elected and re-elected as a blank slate. People projected what they wanted him to be onto the vague platitudes he spoke, and elected what they wanted!  In the spirit of bipartisanship, I will project what I want onto His Vagueness also.

The U.S. will have to change.  Yes.  The USA should become more like Israel and have the Card-Carrying Good Guys wear guns in the schoolhouses across our nation.  No, not the Police . . . the TEACHERS.  How many school shootings like this have you heard about in Israel?

Let's take a guess as to whether CT's strict gun control laws or the likely Gun-Free Zone nature of this school campus gave the shooter even a moment's pause.  Yeah, they don't stop any CRIMINALS from doing bad.  They stop GOOD PEOPLE from being able to do good.  You know what stops a school shooter?  Here's a hint: it's not laws forbidding private gun ownership . . .

Eh, Guys, What Are You Doing There?

Egypt is moving troops to the Egypt/Israel border, with tanks, to Rafah which is across from the "Palestinian Controlled" area at the southwest of Israel. Yahoo! sucks as a news agency, so the 10-photo series I found has no story with it, and I gotta go to work. I have no time for searching, but I don't much care for it. Maybe they are fighting off "militants," sure. And maybe some of us remember 1967.

Setting the Stage for Armageddon?

China has an army that could easily march a few million men into Israel. Israel will (if you read it that way) be the location of a battle that will include so many casualties that blood flows as deep as a horse's bridle for 200 miles.

But China has nothing to do with Israel! Why would China figure into the last battle just before the return of Jesus to Earth? They wouldn't, right? It was always some sort of vague "they'll come from the Kings of the North" type of thing. Until now.

China says they'll protect Iran even if it starts World War Three. Iran, of course, is on Israel's short list of "Nations to attack before they wipe us off the map." WWIII here we come.

Israel Grows A Pair?

Alternate headline: Israel suspects Obama is as much their ally as he seems to be

Having shown himself friendly to the current tyrannical regime in the islamic republic of Iran, and cool at best toward our ally Israel, it is entirely possible that Israel is afraid that notifying the USA of an incipient attack would be the same thing as telling Iran directly that the attack is coming. Would YOU trust the current White House information sieve to keep it on the hush for a day or three? For an hour?

So. Israel is reportedly refusing to tell The Obama in advance when they launch the upcoming strike on the peaceful adherents to the religion of peace. Oh, and the radio news says they may go at Iran as soon as before this Christmas. Some say by next summer. At any rate, Israel is apparently getting ready to launch their third pre-emptive strike against a neighbor which is working up the capability to wipe Israel off the face of the planet.

Well it is setting the USA up for a huge, horrible bad call. Fortunately it's an election year and public opinion polling may force President Obama to make the right call and support our friends. It would not be out of character for President Obama to denounce the attack after the fact, and even to go so far as to un-friend Israel. It would be a very bad idea but not very surprising if he refused to allow further arms sales to Israel and cut off foreign aid. If Obama starts talking about taking or allowing military action against Israel, you will know that Very Bad Things are on the way.

Let me make a few very-nearly-unqualified statements: I am for Israel. I am against those nations which are against Israel. I acknowledge Israel has a right to exist as a nation, and the Jews have a right to life. "Now let me be clear:" I support Israel taking pre-emptive military action against nations which seek to destroy him.

Including the USA. God forbid it should come to that.

In related news, Unexpectedly (surprise!) Iran - and let me tell you I was shocked, shocked to hear this, Iran has been working on a nuclear weapon project. Who knew, right? I mean, they kept insisting that they wanted nuclear power for peaceful electricity generation! What an unforeseen turn of events this is!

Libya Jumps to Sharia

In a move that came literally out of nowhere, the wonderful modern peaceful people who murdered Qaddafi have announced that, in his absence, they'll be going straight to Sharia as a basis for their new national legal system. You know, the philosophy from the book that says to kill the Jews, Infidels, and Hypocrites? That one.

This would be in the nation where President Obama was instrumental in the notawar that got the dictator out of power without putting official Boots on the Ground in Libya. Without sending in an army, no surprise, we did not find any weapons of mass destruction that may have been sent from Iraq when Hussein knew the jig was up. We also did not find hundreds of "missing" cruise missiles. Funny how that works: don't go in person and you miss some minor details like enough weaponry to destroy Israel.

Let's all practice our surprised faces for when the new muslim government of Libya decides to take a few pot shots at Israel. And remember to NOT be outraged if President Obama only goes as far as making angry frowny-faces at Libya, instead of . . . oh, I don't know, maybe undertaking military action for a change.

Wait, that's not . . . oh hey football; nevermind about Libya, football is on!

Stopped Clock Gets It Right.

In a move that may have been an extremely good idea for (debatably) reasons other than he may think, President Obama has blocked official UN recognition of the Palestinian state (for now). President VFD says: Here's the deal: you get your buddies to stop murdering the ever-hated jooooos and revise your national charter so it doesn't say Israel has no right to exist, THEN we can talk about statehood. Until then you're a bunch of Goblins and/or political footballs.

Israel's Prime Minister let the President of the USA know in no uncertain terms what was what and who's who, and the President came out the very next day and dialed back the "definitive language" he was putting out the other day.

A) Good.
B) Way to appear strong, USA
C) Way to engender trust in the rest of the world
4) Does this speak of ignorant incompetence or not-really-dedicated-to-it malice? I lean still toward incompetence, but there is no knowing.

A disagreement between friends. Small, minor details. Nothing, really. I mean, it's only the loss of half their country immediately to the pen and the other half in a short war to the sword.

Stooge-Slap Desperately Needed!

The President wants Israel to give back the land they purchased with blood from the nations that came at Israel in 1967. The second thing out of everyone's mouth when they hear this (after a curse at the President) is "Not gonna happen." I tell you what, Israel will give back all that land after Texas surrenders to Mexico and we give back what WE won in our own war as a fledgling.

Israel, for those who do not know, had no borders in 1967. They had cease-fire lines which were referred to as Auschwitz Boundaries by some because if they were permanent borders it would mean the destruction of Israel. EVERY part of Israel could be shelled from those lines in 1967. The President of the United States has said, in effect, "It is not enough for all of Israel to be in easy range of advanced rocketry weapons. I want all of Israel to be in range of inexpensive artillery fire."

Now let's be clear: God loves Israel. God gets his hackles raised when you mess with Israel. Sure they did wrong and were ejected from the land, but God has a soft spot in his heart for the Jew and for Israel. He even said that Jerusalem is the apple of his eye. In 1967 Israel did not have control of the "Old City" of Jerusalem, where the Temple of God stood for centuries, where God has a special design for the future. The President of the United States has said, in effect, "I want the location of God's once and future temples to be under the control of those who hate and wish to destroy Israel."

Now I don't know about you, but it seems like a very bad idea to poke God in the eye. I fear greatly for our country that the President is coming right out and SAYING he wants to poke God in the eye. This is my official protest: We should never, ever, EVER ask Israel to give back the land she won in the 1967 war.

Leaving So Soon?

Since it was re-created a State by UN mandate, everyone has been trying to get Israel to roll over for the Arabs a negotiated peace deal between Israel and the surrounding nations. The latest "I'm sure we'll make this happen now that I'm on the job" effort was undertaken by none other than President Obama. It now appears that someone gave Barry a reality sandwich, and he has begun the process of abandoning it as a bad job.

Astonishing no-one who has been paying attention, but perhaps very surprising if you only watch what news comes out of the idiot box, two stories we very much hope you won't notice, so we'll publish them on the weekend while you are busy with sports:

Ireland takes an IMF bailout (instead of taking the bitter pill they, like the USA, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, etc. all need)

Even The Obama can't bring peace to the Middle East when one side insists the other refrain from utilizing their nation's capital city.

This is My Surprised Face

After the end of a moratorium on building, building begins again on disputed land in palestine (note the lack of a capital "P" there). Because zero percent is better than 92% when your goal is to be a political football, this new building means the Palestinian delegation to peace talks is not feeling so very peaceable anymore.

But . . . but . . . The Obama said they should have peace! I thought certainly the sheer power of his awesomeness would make both sides lay down their centuries-old hatred and sing 'kum ba yah!' What happened?!

I know, it's crazy. I mean the man has his own hand salute and a poster with his face on it and everything! Don't those backwards jews and pawns palestinians know Obama's legacy is at stake!? Don't they want some hopeychange?

Timing Test: Hillary, Barry, Are You Paying Attention?

The soviets Russians have just begun delivering the (80 tons of) fuel for Iran's nuclear reactor. You know, the one that could be used as is claimed for peaceful power generation, or could be modified to make nuclear bomb-making materials. Next up, the announcement of an unmanned aircraft capable of delivering bombs to Iran's enemies.

Iran is poking Israel and the USA in the eye to see what will happen. If "nothing" happens, expect increasingly bold announcements of military might and ambition from Iran until Israel "unexpectedly" goes up in smoke.

I'm guessing Israel will react before we do. And I remember that they have a history of blowing up nuclear reactors in nearby islamic countries, as a preventative measure (to prevent themselves glowing in the dark).

We'll see what happens this time.

Not Helping Their Public Image

22 homes were illegally built in East Jerusalem by non-jews. There is a plan in the works to raze the homes and build an Israeli tourist center where they stood. This is not likely to help Israel's reputation with the Arabs all around them, or the racists all around the world. That said, nothing will help their reputation unless the hated jooooos all drink the purple kool-aid and/or shoot themselves in their hated jooooo heads. If all the jews were dead, then the Arabs would happily live in peace with their desecrated remains.

Note: this has been the muslim plan since Mohammed started his made-up religion. The muslim denies the jew's right to exist. The jew defends his right to exist. These are what may be referred to as differing first principles, and the two positions are irreconcilable. Therefore, I vote we support the only democratish state in the region, who also happens to be a military ally and longstanding friend of the USA.

Israeli Jets Given Overflight Permission for Saudi Arabia?!

Oh REeeeeealy!

Have a quick look at a map, and you will see that it would be very convenient for Israel to have permission to overfly Saudi Arabia on the way to turning Iran into a glass factory. It is rumored that such permission has been given. It is rumored such permission has NOT been given, and would never be. Let's go over a couple of pertinent bits of trivia shall we?

Saudi Arabia could not stop Israel from overflying its sovereign territory. Israel could pave Saudi Arabia and the Saudis know it.

Saudi Arabia doesn't like having a crazy guy with his finger on the Big Red Button for a neighbor any more than Israel does.

Saudi Arabia wouldn't cry too many tears if a competing source for oil were to be bombed off the world market for a while.

Israel is going to have to nuke Iran, probably sooner rather than later.

The message coming from the Saudi military is entirely likely to be different from the message out of the royal family. They are not quite as unified as the USA's establishment.

If the royal family gave lip service to airspace refusal, and the military gave airspace permission, the military's permission would win because the princes don't have the missiles, the military does

It would take less than an hour for Israeli jets to go across, drop ordnance on target, and then less than an hour again to go back across the Arabian peninsula. If the Saudi military wanted to save face in the Islamic world, they could be "oops, too slow" as the jews were flying over, and then protest loudly after the missions were flown.

This could be interesting. It could also be the start of Armageddon. Don't forget that one of our historic worst enemies is a big trading partner with Iran. Another of their trading partners is the world's most populous country with a spare 30,000,000 male citizens just waiting to become cannon fodder.

What Did They THINK Would Happen?

At best, it was a botched raid gone bad. Poorly planned, poorly executed, poor strategy and with poor intel. At worst, it was an intentionally provoked incident by both sides. Both sides took the bait.

Nobody wins, but everyone has a new reason to point fingers and missiles at each other. And nine or ten "peace activists" who were fighting Israeli commandos boarding their ship are now dead. Dead for keeps. Turkey and other joo-hating nations are calling for the US to contemn Israel's actions. The US news media are condemning Israel. Fluster cuck.

Why would they board the ship in international waters? Why not disable and/or board the ship in Israeli territorial waters? Why not board en masse instead of one at a time? Why wouldn't they stop for the Jewish navy? Why not just let the supplies on board be inspected and passed on (like happens with tons of humanitarian aid moving from and through Israel every day)?

What did each side think was going to happen? Did anyone even stop to think?

Reassurance From Your Allies: Not This Time, Israel

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff was asked if, should Israel fly attack planes over Iraq (through the no-fly zone) to Iran, we would shoot them down.

He didn't want to go into the hypothetical.

Perhaps a bolder leader and more staunch ally of our ally would have said "We're not in the business of shooting down Israeli jets," but that's not what we have right now.

Iran Made Me LOL

Imagine a fellow who lives down the block from you and who has, at times past, repeatedly threatened to shoot you. He has proven that he has guns but you think he doesn't have any bullets. You are pretty sure he is trying to get bullets.

Imagine this fellow holds a meeting in the street in front of his house. He walks around with his guns for a little while and calls the meeting to order. The meeting is about preventing shootings in the neighborhood. He demands that you sign an agreement not to have any bullets for your own guns, in the interest of neighborhood tranquility.

Well, Iran is displaying typical leftist and islamic chutzpa by holding a nuclear arms non-proliferation conference, and they have demanded that Israel sign their non-proliferation treaty. Riiiiight. You just hold your breath on that one. Now look for the next headline from Iran: Since Israel refuses to sign the NPT, we're forced, forced against our will I say to develop our own nuclear arms. World community buzz off, Israel pushed us into it.

Soveriegn Nation Allows Construction In Capital City: CRISIS!!!!

Why?

Because the nation's neighbors deny it has the right to exist. We are talking of course about Israel allowing construction in Jerusalem.

Why not? Because they refuse to submit is why not. If everybody in Israel converted to islam, there would be Peace. You know, between the children of Israel and the Religion of Peace.

I'm still not sure why this is our business, aside from the blessing that falls on those who help Irael, and the curse on those who work against Israel . . .

Israel conquered some land in a war. They had the chutzpa to try to settle on it. That would be the same land promised by God to them, which they got kicked out of for not holding up their end of the promises.

They have personally insulted The Obama now. The full wrath of the United States in the form of sternly worded letters and very-cross-indeed facial expressions is now lowering on Israel. Israel is apologizing and their apology is being ignored because Obama doesn't like Israel AND they insulted him, pesonally because they are screwing up his try at arranging peace between Israel and their neighbors that want Israel wiped off the map as a religious principle.
