On the way to Church, driving down I-35, I saw blue lights on the side of the road and moved from lane #3 to lane #2. The joker in an older Taurus in front of us stayed in lane #3 and put a foot on the brake pedal. If you just keep an eye on your car maintenance and move the heck over to give a COP some room, you'll be a couple hundred dollars less-poor when you avoid those tickets, people. This really is not that difficult.
